Design and develop features at the core of the main product
Participate in architecture decisions and in structuring the platform
Translate complex business rules (accounting, VAT, taxation) into clear, readable, and maintainable code
Work closely with Product teams to build robust, coherent solutions
Improve the existing codebase through refactoring and targeted optimizations
Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and collective decisions

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in fullstack JavaScript development
Strong interest in design and technical reasoning
Genuine interest in product and business challenges
Ability to take a step back and make well-justified technical decisions
Desire to be involved in building a product for the long term
Split: approximately 60% backend / 40% frontend. A front-heavy profile is possible as long as you are comfortable working across the entire stack (backend/infra)
