About the role
- Provide personal care assistance to the patient/client in their place of residence for Legacy Home Health Agency, Inc.
- Fill in for the client's attendant if they call out by providing personal care assistance (tasks vary by client)
- Report any unsafe conditions
- Promote positive, supportive, and respectful communication to the patient
- Educate attendants on methods of clocking in and out
- Participate in paid training and use company-provided tablet/phone for visits
Requirements
- Active CNA certification required
- Bilingual in Spanish required
- High School Diploma/GED or higher education
- Must have reliable transportation with current auto liability insurance
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (some flexibility expected)
