About the role
- Actively support the executive management and management team in organizing and coordinating day-to-day administrative operations
- Coordinate and assist with HR-related tasks
- Provide support for professional meeting, document and calendar management
- Manage external service providers and internal interfaces
- Assist with projects and the development and improvement of internal processes
- Communication and translations in German and English
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in office management, as an assistant, or in project or HR-related roles
- Very structured, independent and responsible working style
- Strong organizational and communication skills at a professional level
- Very good spoken and written German and English
- Confident, routine use of MS Office and modern digital tools
- Experience in optimizing workflows and enthusiasm for developing internal processes
