About the role

  • Managing, conceptualizing and ensuring the quality of renowned professional publications related to tax and business law, both online and in print
  • Monitoring current trends in legislation, case law and specialist literature and assessing their relevance for the target audience and the publisher's products
  • Integrating insights into product planning and optimization
  • Subject-matter and organizational coordination of editors and authors, including acquiring new contributors
  • Independently creating or updating online content, conceptually and editorially developing manuscripts and adapting content for different formats

Requirements

  • Completed degree in law or business administration (ideally with a focus on tax law), or vocational training with a tax-law background
  • Preferably professional experience in tax consulting, financial administration, publishing or a specialist editorial team
  • Strong research skills and the ability to identify and prepare tax-law specialist information from various sources
  • Ability to recognize the needs of the target audience and to design and optimize publishing products
  • Proficient with MS Office and online editorial/content-management systems
  • Excellent writing and formulation skills, meticulous working style and team spirit
