Manager

• Lead contract negotiations with EPC service providers to support construction of Leeward’s wind, solar, and/or battery projects
• Collaborate with Pre-Construction, Project Management, Engineering, Legal, and other SMEs to define contract requirements, align with technical specs and schedules, and ensure proper contractual procedures are followed in the procurement process.
• Review, redline, negotiate and draft contractual language using legal, commercial, and technical inputs
• Responsible for the implementation of Company policies and standards into contracts for assigned projects
• Ensure quality and safety are key aspects of contractual terms and conditions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
• Maintain understanding of the market including current pricing and key terms and conditions provisions
• Provide updates to senior staff on contractual risks associated with each respective contract or counterparty along with mitigation recommendations
