About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect new customers through social media, online communities, referrals, networking, and other channels
- Manage leads by providing customer service, follow-ups, and tracking opportunities through to conversion
- Understand customers' needs and present suitable accommodation options
- Guide customers through the entire booking process, from initial contact to confirmation
- Identify and overcome objections, using negotiation techniques to maximize conversions
- Keep the CRM and sales pipeline up to date, recording leads, contacts, opportunities, and sales
- Identify opportunities for new bookings, extensions, referrals, and customer retention
- Work in partnership with Sales and Marketing teams, sharing relevant information and feedback
- Meet individual sales and conversion targets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in sales, customer service, business development, telemarketing, hospitality, accommodation, or related fields
- Experience in student housing, hospitality, tourism, or real estate will be considered an advantage
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
- Experience with remote work or virtual sales will be considered an advantage
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields is a plus
- Intermediate English (required)
- Comfortable using digital tools, social media, email, and communication platforms
- Proactive, results-oriented profile
- Ability to work independently and stay organized to manage routines, priorities, clients, and follow-ups
