About the role
- Support the development and implementation of process and solution improvements
- Gather business requirements and functional specifications
- Assess current systems to identify areas for improvement
- Update leadership and communicate with executive stakeholders
- Deliver commercially viable solutions across platforms and channels
- Build roadmaps, epics, and user stories
- Work closely with developers using Agile methodologies
- Analyze existing information systems to meet business needs
- Test new functionalities as problems arise
- Provide updates to stakeholders based on data analysis
- Align personal behaviors with company core values
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience including increasing technical and analytical experience
- Experience with eCommerce, supply chain, retail operations, accounting/finance (including a basic understanding of accounting and financial processes), and marketing
- Experience with Zendesk, Shopify, Netsuite, and Domo preferred
- Basic experience with SQL /MySQL for reporting purposes
- Experience and knowledge of collaboration tools (MS Teams, Zoom, MS Dev Ops, Workfront)
- Decision making skills / bias for action
- Ability to work using Agile methodologies as well as independently
- Ability to translate technical requirements and solutions into business language (and vice versa)
- Skills to work with business stakeholders to understand application issues and/or future functionality.
- Good understanding of QA processes and how to ensure data integrity
- Undergraduate degree
