About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Structure and implement the QA strategy for the area
  • Define processes, methodologies, standards and quality governance
  • Implement and evolve functional and API test automation
  • Define and monitor quality and efficiency metrics
  • Work collaboratively with Development, Architecture, Product and Business teams
  • Support the implementation of Quality Gates in CI/CD pipelines
  • Ensure the quality of Web applications, APIs, integrations and mobile solutions
  • Promote a quality-first culture across the organization
  • Support the evolution of QA maturity, transitioning from an operational model to a Quality Engineering approach

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in creating or restructuring a QA area
  • Implementation of Quality Gates
  • Definition of quality KPIs
  • Experience in Cloud environments (Azure, AWS or GCP)
  • Knowledge of Observability
  • Quality Engineering
  • Use of Artificial Intelligence applied to QA and test automation
  • SDLC and STLC
  • Quality Assurance and Quality Control
  • Shift Left Testing
  • Defect Management
  • Risk-based testing strategies
  • Test planning and governance
  • System, integration, end-to-end, regression, acceptance and exploratory testing
  • Strong experience in defining and implementing automation frameworks
  • Knowledge of at least one programming language
  • API testing (Postman/Swagger or similar)
  • Oracle database (PL/SQL – queries and validations)
