Key responsibilities & impact

Lead projects end-to-end, from planning through closure, using waterfall and agile cycles according to the nature of each deliverable
Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risks, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Facilitate agile ceremonies (planning, review, retrospective, daily) and steering committee meetings on structured projects
Build and maintain detailed project plans (Work Breakdown Structure - WBS, project schedule, Gantt chart) when applicable
Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams, business areas, and executive stakeholders
Produce status reports, executive presentations, and project documentation with clarity and consistency
Identify and escalate impediments, managing dependencies between teams and vendors
Contribute to the maturity of PMO practices by proposing process improvements and templates

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a project manager or senior project analyst (minimum 3 years)
Mastery of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and waterfall, with the ability to select the right approach for each context
Proficiency with management tools: Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana or equivalents
Ability to create and maintain structured documentation (schedules, meeting minutes, communication plans, RACI matrix)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for technical and executive audiences
PMP, PMI-ACP, PSM or equivalent certification
Experience in technology or data projects (integrations, deployments, product squads)
Experience managing vendors and contracts
Familiarity with consulting environments or large corporate clients
Basic knowledge of change management
