About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitoring turnover and absenteeism metrics
- Conducting 1:1 meetings with teams
- Supporting Coordinators and Managers with client-related requests
- Assisting in the analysis and monitoring of team performance indicators
- Supporting the implementation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
- Assisting with internal team movements
- Opening and managing job vacancies
- Assisting with candidate interviews
- Managing and controlling employee vacations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, or related fields
- Minimum of 4 years' experience as an HR Business Partner (BP)
- Experience in medium to large companies, preferably in the technology sector
- Ability to analyze data and metrics and translate them into practical actions to improve performance
- Advanced Excel
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools
- Availability for hybrid work (3 to 4 days per week for on-site presence at the office and client locations)
