About the role

  • Design, develop, and optimize batch and streaming data pipelines.
  • Implement modern data architectures, including microservices-oriented architectures.
  • Integrate systems such as databases, APIs, data warehouses, data lakes, and microservices.
  • Ensure governance, schema versioning, and observability of data pipelines.
  • Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and data science teams to build scalable solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience with data pipelines.
  • Experience with data modeling and system integration.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Experience with CI/CD, code versioning (Git / GitFlow), and software engineering best practices.
  • Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Knowledge of cloud services for data processing and storage.
  • Knowledge of MLOps pipelines, including data preparation, training, versioning, deployment, and monitoring of models.
