About the role

  • Strong knowledge of Java
  • Experience in architectural design with the ability to create architecture diagrams and proposals
  • Support the entire team in resolving impediments and assist the manager with reports and presentations
  • Work with statistics, dashboards, KPI management and system performance management reports
  • Serve as a technical reference and provide technical support to the squad in the Tech Lead role — contribute to solution design and proposals
  • Work on business integrations within an agile model and promote best practices in development, reuse, and architecture
  • Contribute to platform and business sustainment, focusing on efficiency and reduced maintenance time
  • Ensure technical solutions are aligned with business strategy
  • Anticipate technical problems and propose alternatives to prevent them
  • Liaise with corporate technology areas and global teams for integration and solution optimization
  • Knowledge of business processes and business requirements: debit cards
  • Expertise in problem resolution and business analysis
  • Ability to receive high-level requirements and refine them into smaller tasks
