About the role

  • Elicit, understand, and document business rules, processes, requirements, and metrics with marketing, CRM, and product teams.
  • Create functional and technical specifications to support developers and data engineers in building pipelines, reports, and dashboards.
  • Map data flows and identify improvement opportunities in ingestion, transformation, and consumption processes.
  • Define, prioritize, and track stories/epics together with the PO/PM and technical teams using agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate in validating deliverables, ensuring adherence to requirements and quality of solutions.
  • Act as a facilitator between technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliveries and objectives.

Requirements

  • Degree in Administration, Engineering, IT, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience in Business Analysis with a focus on data, BI, or analytics.
  • Proven ability in documenting requirements (user stories, use cases, business rules).
  • Knowledge of SQL and BI tools for a practical understanding of implemented solutions.
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to mediate between teams.
  • Experience in agile environments (Scrum / Kanban).
