About the role
- Support the implementation of the Coupa system.
- Act as an interface between the Purchasing function and Technology.
- Process mapping and process design.
- Execute P2P / requisition-to-purchase-order activities.
- Supplier onboarding.
- Support the management of Strategic Sourcing initiatives (mainly for contracting logistics services).
- Support the operational interface with the Legal team regarding contracts.
Requirements
- Required:
- Knowledge of the COUPA system (cloud-based corporate spend management platform).
- Coupa Integration (particularly callouts and REST API).
- SAP CPI.
- Knowledge of SAP MM structure.
- Senior professional with experience in purchasing routines (supply chain).
- Required knowledge in Strategic Sourcing (preferably with experience in projects for contracting logistics services).
- Experience in process mapping and design.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel intermediate/advanced.
- Desirable: experience in purchasing system implementation projects.
- P2P process mapping.
