About the role

Support the implementation of the Coupa system.
Act as an interface between the Purchasing function and Technology.
Process mapping and process design.
Execute P2P / requisition-to-purchase-order activities.
Supplier onboarding.
Support the management of Strategic Sourcing initiatives (mainly for contracting logistics services).
Support the operational interface with the Legal team regarding contracts.

Required:
Knowledge of the COUPA system (cloud-based corporate spend management platform).
Coupa Integration (particularly callouts and REST API).
SAP CPI.
Knowledge of SAP MM structure.
Senior professional with experience in purchasing routines (supply chain).
Required knowledge in Strategic Sourcing (preferably with experience in projects for contracting logistics services).
Experience in process mapping and design.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel intermediate/advanced.
Desirable: experience in purchasing system implementation projects.
P2P process mapping.
