About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Delivery of live online instruction: You lead virtual training sessions and convey practical, hands-on knowledge to participants.
Support and advising: You assist training participants throughout the entire course and support them with questions and concerns.
Preparation and follow-up of trainings: You ensure that training measures and courses run smoothly by preparing and following them up carefully.
Continuous professional development: You continuously expand your expertise in your area and in additional fields such as ITIL®, Scrum, PRINCE2®, DevOps, AI topics, agile methods, Design Thinking and other approaches.
Acquisition and imparting of certifications: You regularly obtain new certifications and pass this knowledge on to participants as part of your training.
Creation of training materials: You develop and optimize teaching materials tailored to the needs of learners.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are an experienced Microsoft Certified Trainer (m/f/d) and hold the necessary course certificates.
You have teaching experience in adult education, ideally in the area of subsidized training.
You enjoy teaching and support participants in developing their competencies.
You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
You are motivated to continuously further your education and to learn new technologies or methods.
You work independently and in a structured manner, but are also a team player.
