About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Handle high-volume civil litigation, overseeing cases throughout the entire lifecycle
Draft pleadings, defenses, appeals, motions, and complaints of medium to high complexity
Attend hearings and deliver oral arguments when necessary
Define and implement procedural strategies appropriate to the nature of each matter
Update case management systems, such as LegalBox, and ensure information is properly organized
Maintain direct communication with clients, participating in meetings, alignment discussions, and results presentations
Assist in managing the workflow of incoming matters, prioritizing activities according to deadlines and urgency
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve internal processes
Monitor risks and propose actions that contribute to the strong performance of the case portfolio

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in recurring civil litigation
Strong knowledge of Civil Law, Consumer Law, and Civil Procedure
Experience updating case management systems
Proactivity, strong client communication skills, and confidence in meetings
Strong organizational skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to optimize time and deliverables
Resilience and willingness to handle challenging situations
Postgraduate degree or specialization in Civil Procedure or other areas of Civil Law
English proficiency is a plus
