About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Practice in labor law across all procedural stages;
Preparation of enforcement documents (such as objections to calculations, execution objections, interlocutory appeals, review appeals, writs of mandamus, among others);
Reviewing court publications, minutes, and scheduling deadlines;
Monitoring case progress and entering information into internal/client systems;
Preparing for hearings, requesting documents and supporting evidence, requesting payments, and managing deadlines;
Attending and conducting hearings.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to develop litigation strategies and to analyze information and documents for case management;
Critical capacity to review judgments and court decisions and to draft appeals;
Mediation skills;
Postgraduate degree in labor law preferred;
Essential knowledge of Labor Law, Labor Procedure, and Civil Procedure.
