About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle high-volume civil litigation with structured case portfolio management
- Draft litigation documents (initial pleadings, defenses, appeals) based on well-established legal theories
- Monitor deadlines and oversee the full lifecycle of cases
- Define and implement legal strategies aligned with each client's profile
- Liaise with corporate clients to align on case strategy and expected results
- Work on matters such as civil liability, consumer law, internet and digital platforms, privacy and data protection (LGPD)
- Participate in negotiations and settlement agreements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid knowledge of Civil Procedure
- Active Bar registration (OAB)
- Intermediate English (reading and writing in a legal context)
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with autonomy
- Strong organizational skills, strict attention to deadlines, and a clear sense of priorities
- Good communication skills and clarity in legal writing
- Previous experience with multinational clients or technology companies
- Familiarity with structured workflows, metrics, and portfolio management using KPIs
