About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare court fee forms, judicial deposit slips and other required payments;
  • Perform calculations of case-related amounts, court fees, judgments/awards and judicial obligations;
  • Request payments from the responsible departments, ensuring compliance with procedural deadlines;
  • Monitor payment completion and identify any outstanding issues;
  • File payment receipts and submit proof in the case records;
  • Update information in internal systems and control spreadsheets;
  • Ensure compliance with judicial deadlines related to financial obligations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Law student or Law graduate without an active OAB registration (Required);
  • Experience with administrative, financial or legal routines;
  • Experience preparing fee forms, analyzing judgments and appellate decisions, calculating financial awards and monitoring payments;
  • Experience in law firms, legal departments or legal operations is a plus;
  • Knowledge of court fees and judicial procedures is a plus;
  • Intermediate Excel;
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office;
  • Comfortable using legal and financial systems;
  • Experience with calculations and spreadsheet controls;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Analytical and organized profile;
  • Strong numerical and calculation skills;
  • High sense of responsibility;
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines;
  • Proactive in identifying and resolving inconsistencies;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Commitment to data quality and accuracy.
