Key responsibilities & impact

Drafting petitions, defenses, appeals, and initial pleadings ranging from low to high complexity;
Updating procedural tracking/case management systems;
Applying different strategies to manage and ensure the proper development of matters in the caseload;
Experience in civil litigation and handling high-volume cases;
Previous experience in law firms as an attorney.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Law degree (completed);
Postgraduate specialization in civil procedural law or other areas is a plus;
English language skills are a plus;
Strong knowledge of civil procedure and civil law;
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
Proactive attitude;
Good communication skills with internal teams and clients;
Organizational skills, sense of urgency, and ability to optimize time and workload;
Resilience and willingness to handle adverse situations.
