About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Request legal input from correspondent law firms and other involved teams;
Monitor and control response deadlines;
Analyze the completeness and quality of information received;
Consolidate information and prepare responses for internal and external clients;
Follow up on pending requests;
Update systems and operational controls;
Ensure compliance with SLAs and established procedures.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Law student or law graduate without active OAB registration (required);
Experience in administrative, legal, or operational activities;
Experience managing requests, tracking deadlines, and liaising with clients or suppliers;
Experience in law firms, legal departments, or legal operations is a plus;
Intermediate Office skills, with emphasis on Excel and Outlook;
Comfortable using case management and request-tracking systems;
Strong organizational skills for controls and spreadsheets.
