About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Law student or law graduate without active OAB registration (required);
  • Experience in administrative, legal, or operational activities;
  • Experience managing requests, tracking deadlines, and liaising with clients or suppliers;
  • Experience in law firms, legal departments, or legal operations is a plus;
  • Intermediate Office skills, with emphasis on Excel and Outlook;
  • Comfortable using case management and request-tracking systems;
  • Strong organizational skills for controls and spreadsheets.
