About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Draft, review and adapt commercial contracts, terms of use, NDAs, partnership agreements and amendments for the delivery ecosystem;
Provide consultative legal advice to business areas (commercial, marketing, product and operations) to enable new partnerships;
Actively participate in meetings and direct negotiation rounds with major accounts, partners and strategic suppliers;
Develop and update standard clauses and template documents;
Manage requests within a contract lifecycle management (CLM) system.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Law degree and active OAB registration;
Preferred: Postgraduate specialization in Contracts;
Experience: Prior work with contracts and previous experience in technology companies;
Computer skills: Microsoft Office;
Advanced/Fluent English;
Spanish is a plus.
