About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Draft, review and adapt commercial contracts, terms of use, NDAs, partnership agreements and amendments for the delivery ecosystem;
- Provide consultative legal advice to business areas (commercial, marketing, product and operations) to enable new partnerships;
- Actively participate in meetings and direct negotiation rounds with major accounts, partners and strategic suppliers;
- Develop and update standard clauses and template documents;
- Manage requests within a contract lifecycle management (CLM) system.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Law degree and active OAB registration;
- Preferred: Postgraduate specialization in Contracts;
- Experience: Prior work with contracts and previous experience in technology companies;
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office;
- Advanced/Fluent English;
- Spanish is a plus.
