About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Strategic leadership of the team, providing technical guidance, professional development and alignment with department and firm directives;
Develop and implement effective legal strategies, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and policies;
Manage client relationships, understanding needs, proposing strategic solutions and ensuring excellence in the delivery of legal services;
Analyze complex cases and issue strategic opinions, with a critical, preventive perspective focused on risk mitigation;
Oversee the team's operational management, monitoring deliverables, targets, KPIs and the technical quality of work performed;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Law degree and active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association);
Strong expertise in Civil Law;
Knowledge of Criminal Law;
Experience leading teams, managing caseloads and client relations;
Advanced English;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Results-oriented profile with focus on quality, organization and meeting targets;
Strategic vision, proactive attitude and ability to act innovatively, including through the use of Artificial Intelligence in the legal environment.
