Key responsibilities & impact

Request supporting information from correspondent law firms and other relevant departments;
Monitor and control response deadlines;
Analyze the completeness and quality of information received;
Consolidate information and prepare responses for internal and external clients;
Follow up on pending requests;
Update systems and operational controls;
Ensure compliance with SLAs and established procedures.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Law student or law graduate without an active Bar registration (OAB) — required;
Experience in administrative, legal, or operational activities;
Experience managing requests, tracking deadlines, and liaising with clients or suppliers;
Experience in law firms, legal departments, or legal operations is a plus.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with emphasis on Excel and Outlook;
Comfortable using management systems and request-tracking tools;
Strong ability to organize controls and spreadsheets.
Excellent organization and priority management;
Good written and verbal communication;
Analytical mindset and attention to detail;
Sense of urgency and commitment to deadlines;
Proactive in following up and pursuing outstanding items;
Ability to work with a high volume of requests;
Good interpersonal skills;
Responsibility and autonomy to work remotely.
