About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The professional will be responsible for supporting the area's administrative routines, ensuring the organization of internal processes, compliance with operational workflows, and providing support for financial and documentation-related requests.
- Carry out internal administrative activities;
- Request payments and monitor internal approval workflows;
- Forward relevant documents to the finance department;
- Support general administrative processes of the area, such as signature control, sending, receiving, and filing of documents and internal records;
- Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports, and presentations to support internal meetings and team reporting.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields.
- Computer skills and knowledge: Microsoft Office; familiarity with payment platforms and document management systems.
- Competencies: Organized and detail-oriented; proactive and responsible; good communication and teamwork skills; ability to handle deadlines and multiple simultaneous demands.
