About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Management of employment litigation at all stages (trial/merits, appeals, and enforcement/execution);
Conducting hearings (initial, una (combined) and evidentiary hearings);
Acting as company representative (preposto) when required;
Reviewing pleadings and legal documents;
Drafting labor pleadings of medium complexity;
Tracking deadlines, monitoring case progress and updating case management systems;
Liaising with the client’s legal team to align strategy and provide supporting materials;
Supporting HR and other internal departments on employment-related matters;
Analyzing and reviewing internal policies, contracts, and communications;
Preparing legal opinions and guidance;
Providing support on sensitive matters (disciplinary issues, terminations, employment risk, etc.).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in employment litigation (full case lifecycle);
Practical experience in labor hearings;
Experience reviewing pleadings and procedural documents;
Experience or exposure to employment advisory work and HR support;
Organized with strong deadline management skills;
Good communication skills for interacting with internal teams;
Intermediate to advanced English.
