About the role

  • Work in the Central/Legal Ops area, focusing on operational and administrative routines of litigation, ensuring proper management of case information, deadlines and mediation activities.
  • Read, analyze and interpret court publications, notices and judicial orders.
  • Identify, classify, distribute and schedule procedural deadlines.
  • Register, verify and update case data in internal systems and electronic court systems.
  • Maintain the database up to date, ensuring consistency, integrity and reliability of information.
  • Perform administrative and operational routines involving a high volume of information.
  • Support mediation, negotiation and conciliation activities in accordance with area guidelines.
  • Communicate with involved parties (clients, attorneys, consumers, suppliers or third parties) to provide clarification and resolve requests.
  • Organize and control procedural and administrative information.
  • Identify inconsistencies, discrepancies or registration errors, proposing corrections and improvements.
  • Interface with internal departments, providing operational support and ensuring proper workflow of requests.

Requirements

  • Academic background: Law student or law graduate.
  • Must not hold an active Bar association registration (OAB) — profile requirement.
  • Familiarity with electronic court systems such as PJe, e-SAJ, Eproc, among others.
  • Experience with internal registration and information management systems.
  • Intermediate level Excel.
  • Attention to detail and strong data verification skills.
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage data and deadlines.
  • Analytical ability to identify inconsistencies or conflicting information.
  • Proactivity to suggest improvements and data corrections.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Responsibility, sense of priority and commitment to deadlines.
