About the role

  • Work in the Central Operations / Legal Ops area, responsible for operational and strategic activities related to case monitoring, deadlines and judicial calculations, ensuring legal compliance, accuracy of information and strict adherence to deadlines.
  • Reading, analyzing and interpreting publications, notices, orders, decisions, judgments and rulings;
  • Identifying, classifying, distributing and scheduling procedural deadlines in accordance with the Brazilian Civil Procedure Code (CPC) and other applicable laws;
  • Tracking and monitoring procedural deadlines, ensuring proper linkage to the case file and the responsible teams;
  • Preparing, verifying and reviewing judicial calculations, including amounts of judgments, court fees, attorneys' fees, judicial deposits and payment/obligation amounts;
  • Preparing, verifying and controlling court payment slips/guides (court fees, appeal filing fees, GRU, DARE, GARE, judicial deposits, attorneys' fees, among others);
  • Requesting, monitoring and managing judicial payments;
  • Organizing and controlling procedural and financial documents;
  • Working in a high-volume litigation environment while maintaining quality, accuracy and meeting deadlines;
  • Interfacing with internal teams, providing technical support and clarifying questions related to deadlines, calculations and case movements;
  • Proactively identifying inconsistencies, procedural risks or operational errors and proposing corrections and improvements.

Requirements

  • Law degree and active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association).
  • Practical knowledge of the Civil Procedure Code (CPC), especially rules on deadlines and procedural acts;
  • Familiarity with electronic court systems such as PJe, e-SAJ, Eproc, among others;
  • Intermediate Excel skills (deadline control, data organization, information verification);
  • Desirable knowledge or experience with legal management systems (e.g., Elaw).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • Organization, a sense of priority and responsibility regarding deadlines;
  • Ability to accurately interpret publications and judicial decisions;
  • Methodical, meticulous and process-oriented profile;
  • Proactivity in identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies;
  • Good written and verbal communication for interaction with internal teams;
  • Ability to handle a high volume of tasks and short deadlines.
