About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead analytical efforts to analyze complex data to ensure its integrity and accuracy
- Play a key role in driving organizational trust in reporting and analytics
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with engineering, data excellence, pricing and analytics, finance, and compliance teams to improve data quality
- Proactively query databases, review data and dashboards, understand data flow processes, and support implementation of data initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong proficiency with SQL, Power BI, and Excel required; exposure to or experience with Snowflake and Python ideal
- Strong analytical mindset, investigation skills, and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization
- Curious and persistent in finding the “why” behind data inconsistencies
- Navigating a startup environment, fast paced and dealing with uncertainty
- Insurance domain knowledge ideal, but not required
