Key responsibilities & impact

Lead analytical efforts to analyze complex data to ensure its integrity and accuracy
Play a key role in driving organizational trust in reporting and analytics
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
Collaborate with engineering, data excellence, pricing and analytics, finance, and compliance teams to improve data quality
Proactively query databases, review data and dashboards, understand data flow processes, and support implementation of data initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong proficiency with SQL, Power BI, and Excel required; exposure to or experience with Snowflake and Python ideal
Strong analytical mindset, investigation skills, and exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization
Curious and persistent in finding the “why” behind data inconsistencies
Navigating a startup environment, fast paced and dealing with uncertainty
Insurance domain knowledge ideal, but not required
