Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead analytical efforts to analyze complex data to ensure its integrity and accuracy
  • Play a key role in driving organizational trust in reporting and analytics
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with engineering, data excellence, pricing and analytics, finance, and compliance teams to improve data quality
  • Proactively query databases, review data and dashboards, understand data flow processes, and support implementation of data initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong proficiency with SQL, Power BI, and Excel required; exposure to or experience with Snowflake and Python ideal
  • Strong analytical mindset, investigation skills, and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization
  • Curious and persistent in finding the “why” behind data inconsistencies
  • Navigating a startup environment, fast paced and dealing with uncertainty
  • Insurance domain knowledge ideal, but not required
