About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide superior support to the Underwriting and Operations Units.
Work closely with Underwriting Assistants and Underwriters on Ledgebrook products.
Understand multiple insurance products in the US market.
Assist with eligibility determination and prioritization of opportunities.
Organize and maintain file documentation and facilitate transactions with underwriting support resources.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience in Insurance Industry.
Experience in building successful relationships with various stakeholders at all levels.
Strong customer focus and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Comfortable with MS Office Suite and Google Workspace applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive initiative.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Self-driven skills and a sense of responsibility for the entrusted tasks.
Demonstrated attributes of attention to quality and self-discipline.
