Requirements
5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, including hiring senior roles across different geographic regions, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-driven industry.
Deep knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, sourcing techniques, and recruitment technologies.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with the insurance or InsurTech industry is a plus, but not a requirement.
Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Ability to think creatively and solve complex hiring challenges with innovative solutions.
