Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements analysis: Collecting and assessing the customer's business processes to define ERP requirements
System configuration: Setting up and customizing Business Central according to the company's specific requirements
Data migration: Planning and executing the transfer of legacy data into the new ERP system
Training and support: Conducting end-user training and providing post Go-Live support
Process optimization: Advising on business process improvements through targeted use of ERP functionality
Project management: Coordinating ERP implementation projects, including time and resource planning
Teamwork and communication: Close collaboration with software development colleagues to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed commercial vocational training, preferably with an IT focus, or at least 1–2 years' professional experience as an IT consultant (advantageous)
Solid experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Dynamics 365 Business Central — either as an IT consultant or as a key user
Functional knowledge of business processes: Understanding of financial accounting, purchasing, sales, inventory/warehouse or production processes
Technical know-how
Project management competence: Ability to plan, manage and successfully deliver ERP projects
Experience with training and support: Proven ability to deliver end-user training and handle support requests
Strong communication skills: Confident client-facing manner and ability to explain complex issues clearly
Analytical thinking: Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into functional ERP solutions
