About the role

  • Requirements analysis: Collecting and assessing the customer's business processes to define ERP requirements
  • System configuration: Setting up and customizing Business Central according to the company's specific requirements
  • Data migration: Planning and executing the transfer of legacy data into the new ERP system
  • Training and support: Conducting end-user training and providing post Go-Live support
  • Process optimization: Advising on business process improvements through targeted use of ERP functionality
  • Project management: Coordinating ERP implementation projects, including time and resource planning
  • Teamwork and communication: Close collaboration with software development colleagues to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training, preferably with an IT focus, or at least 1–2 years' professional experience as an IT consultant (advantageous)
  • Solid experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Dynamics 365 Business Central — either as an IT consultant or as a key user
  • Functional knowledge of business processes: Understanding of financial accounting, purchasing, sales, inventory/warehouse or production processes
  • Technical know-how
  • Project management competence: Ability to plan, manage and successfully deliver ERP projects
  • Experience with training and support: Proven ability to deliver end-user training and handle support requests
  • Strong communication skills: Confident client-facing manner and ability to explain complex issues clearly
  • Analytical thinking: Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into functional ERP solutions
