About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the day-to-day activities for planning, coordination, and delivery of Salesforce Field Service and related system initiatives using Agile practices
  • Manage a team of 4–6 developers to deliver business requirements and enhance system features
  • Work closely with the Systems Specialist, managing activities related to roadmap delivery, integrations, system upgrades, and operational support
  • Manage work intake, sequencing, and delivery using JIRA as the system of record for development and Salesforce for user support
  • Translate prioritized backlog items into executable 2-week sprints and monthly release plans
  • Manage activities across configuration, development, testing, deployment, and post-release validation
  • Provide coaching, training, and guidance to team members to support skill development and high performance
  • Manage team workload and capacity, including unplanned work, priority churn, and scope creep
  • Guide and oversee Agile ceremonies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a manager delivering Salesforce or enterprise IS solutions
  • 3+ years of working in Agile delivery environments with teams adopting Agile ways of working
  • 3+ years of strong working knowledge of JIRA for backlog, sprint and delivery management
  • 3+ years of coordinating work with a development team
  • Experience working within Salesforce ecosystem
  • Ability to learn and understand software programs and new systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, combined with strong verbal and written communication skills
