About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Direct leadership of approximately 15 trainees
Responsible for the personal development and holistic support of the trainees
Create a framework for successful training—from recruitment of trainees through to completion
Establish yourself as the point of contact for trainees, trainers, and training officers within the first six months
Revise the training concept with ongoing upskilling and support for trainers and training officers

Proven and solid experience managing training programs
Trainer qualification according to BBiG and AEVO
University degree or an appropriate vocational qualification relevant to the position
