About the role
- Apply and further develop existing IT support knowledge
- Capture and structure customer requirements and translate them into tailored solutions
- Prepare, price and document proposals
- Coordinate input and contributions for proposal preparation
- Actively support quality, cost and schedule controlling
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers
- Monitor order implementation
- Coordinate supplier agreements and supplier management
- Actively help shape services and make a visible contribution to the digitalization of administration
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in an IT or commercial field, or comparable proven several years of experience in IT support and/or order coordination
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-focused working style
- Enjoy collaborative, cross-departmental work
- Good understanding of IT
- Ability to explain technical information clearly
- Good commercial awareness
- Responsible management of costs, deadlines and resources
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Structured way of working
- Good self-organization skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ideally, initial experience with Navision / Business Central
- Open to and interested in working with document management and ticketing systems
