About the role

  • Apply and further develop existing IT support knowledge
  • Capture and structure customer requirements and translate them into tailored solutions
  • Prepare, price and document proposals
  • Coordinate input and contributions for proposal preparation
  • Actively support quality, cost and schedule controlling
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers
  • Monitor order implementation
  • Coordinate supplier agreements and supplier management
  • Actively help shape services and make a visible contribution to the digitalization of administration

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in an IT or commercial field, or comparable proven several years of experience in IT support and/or order coordination
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer-focused working style
  • Enjoy collaborative, cross-departmental work
  • Good understanding of IT
  • Ability to explain technical information clearly
  • Good commercial awareness
  • Responsible management of costs, deadlines and resources
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Structured way of working
  • Good self-organization skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ideally, initial experience with Navision / Business Central
  • Open to and interested in working with document management and ticketing systems
