About the role
- Review and process leasing applications with decision-making authority
- Follow up with customers to obtain required documentation
- Prepare and analyze reports on business development and KPIs
- Identify and implement opportunities for optimization
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with IT and product teams to improve data quality
- Support complex inquiries related to underwriting and compliance
- Contribute to projects for process automation and training new colleagues
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or Risk Management
- Proven experience in underwriting, ideally in leasing, finance or insurance
- Excellent written and spoken French – an absolute must
- Fluent in English; German and/or Italian are a strong plus
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and pragmatic problem-solving
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment working with customers and dealers
- Digital mindset – comfortable using tools and data to inform decisions
- Resident in or around Zurich
