About the role
- Take charge of a portfolio of complex litigation cases
- Analyze the nature and complexity of disputes
- Define an appropriate litigation strategy
- Lead sensitive negotiations
- Ensure follow-up on debt collection
- Analyze and anticipate legal and financial impacts
- Prepare and compile complex judicial files
- Provide legal and operational support to other litigation managers
- Contribute to the team's skills development
Requirements
- Master's degree in law (BAC+5)
- Proven experience in litigation
- In-depth knowledge of judicial and insolvency proceedings
- Ability to handle complex cases independently
- Strong legal analysis and synthesis skills
- Rigor, sense of responsibility, decisiveness and good interpersonal skills
