About the role
- Assist in teaching the world that there's a better way to start high-paying careers without debt by promoting CourseCareers
- Help content creators on TikTok make viral videos and introduce job seekers to them
- Research viral video ideas on TikTok to repurpose for the career niche
- Write scripts for TikTok videos
- Provide daily motivation to creators
- Maintain contact with the 30+ creators you'll be managing
- Manage the entire lifecycle of TikTok creator partnerships: initial review, signing contracts, video scripting, editing, posting, motivation, and payments
Requirements
- Previous experience creating short-form content is required, preferably TikToks
- Deep understanding of the TikTok platform and current social media trends
- Extremely self-motivated with a strong desire to learn how to generate sales from TikTok and manage the content creation process at scale
- Desire to work in a high-pressure, results-only environment
- Must be able to work 40+ hours per week
- Must not currently be enrolled in college
