About the role
- Assist in teaching job seekers about CourseCareers' debt-free career training pathway via TikTok
- Research viral video ideas on TikTok and repurpose them for the career niche
- Write scripts for TikTok videos
- Provide daily motivation to creators
- Maintain contact with and manage 30+ creators
- Manage the entire lifecycle of TikTok creator partnerships from initial meeting to signing contracts, scripting, editing, posting, motivation, and payments
Requirements
- Previous experience creating short-form content (required), preferably TikToks
- Deep understanding of the TikTok platform and current social media trends
- Extremely self-motivated with a strong desire to learn how to generate sales from TikTok and manage the content creation process at scale
- Desire to work in a high-pressure, results-only environment
- Must be able to work 40+ hours per week
- Must not currently be enrolled in college
- Application requires linking to one short-form video you created and answering detailed written questions
