About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the conversion team with the technical implementation of optimization measures
- Implement A/B testing scenarios for high-traffic e‑commerce shops
- Develop and adapt e‑commerce websites and landing pages according to design specifications
- Provide technical advice to analysts during feasibility checks of test scenarios
- Translate design mockups into clean, high-performance code
- Perform QA checks before go‑live
Requirements
What you’ll need- Not a junior role — experienced developer required
- Quick onboarding into existing codebases
- Deep knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
- Experience with frameworks/libraries such as Bootstrap or jQuery
- Ideally: experience with Kameleoon, Optimizely, AB‑Tasty or VWO, or a very fast technical grasp
- Basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop/XD for extracting assets is helpful
- Very good German skills (C1) are mandatory
