About the role
- You will support customer acquisition, account expansion, and ongoing client management.
- You will schedule and coordinate customer meetings and use data-driven, personalized outreach.
- You will assist in developing and implementing our sales strategy and outbound campaigns.
- Co-responsible for improving our website, brand, and expanding our social media presence.
- You are also welcome to contribute ideas for developing the product itself!
Requirements
- Commercial or technical training, or a comparable degree.
- Previous practical experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally at a SaaS company.
- You enjoy direct customer contact via phone, email, or video calls and can excite customers about learning more about Leanr.
- Entrepreneurial mindset + interest in “presentations” and “presentation management” / “sales enablement”.
- Strong communication skills and a high customer focus.
- Good analytical and execution skills.
- High team orientation as well as self-responsibility and flexibility.
- Fluent German and English, spoken and written.
