About the role

  • You will support customer acquisition, account expansion, and ongoing client management.
  • You will schedule and coordinate customer meetings and use data-driven, personalized outreach.
  • You will assist in developing and implementing our sales strategy and outbound campaigns.
  • Co-responsible for improving our website, brand, and expanding our social media presence.
  • You are also welcome to contribute ideas for developing the product itself!

Requirements

  • Commercial or technical training, or a comparable degree.
  • Previous practical experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally at a SaaS company.
  • You enjoy direct customer contact via phone, email, or video calls and can excite customers about learning more about Leanr.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset + interest in “presentations” and “presentation management” / “sales enablement”.
  • Strong communication skills and a high customer focus.
  • Good analytical and execution skills.
  • High team orientation as well as self-responsibility and flexibility.
  • Fluent German and English, spoken and written.
