About the role
- You will support customer acquisition, expansion, and ongoing account management.
- You will schedule and coordinate customer meetings and use data-driven, personalized outreach.
- You will help develop and implement our sales strategy and outbound campaigns.
- Assist in optimizing our website and expanding our social media presence.
- You are also welcome to contribute your own ideas to the development of the tool itself!
Requirements
- Commercial or technical vocational training or a comparable degree.
- Previous practical experience in sales, account management, or business development—ideally in a SaaS company.
- You enjoy direct customer contact by phone, email, or video calls and can excite customers to learn more about Leanr.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and an interest in presentations, presentation management, and sales enablement.
- Strong communication skills and a high degree of customer orientation.
- Good analytical skills and the ability to execute.
- Strong team player with a sense of ownership and flexibility.
- Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
