About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

ERP development with Business Central
Development and customization of extensions in AL for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Development and integration of interfaces to third‑party systems (REST, OData, web services, EDI/EDIFACT)
Technical analysis as well as architecture and solution design in ERP projects
Back-end development with Django REST Framework
Design and implementation of scalable REST APIs for web and app projects as well as an integration layer to Business Central
Development of middleware solutions and third‑party system integrations
Authentication and authorization (OAuth2, JWT) as well as integration of webhooks and WebSockets
Front-end and app development with Flutter
Development of modern web applications with Flutter Web and, where applicable, mobile apps for iOS and Android
Writing maintainable and high-performance code in Dart and applying common state-management solutions
Implementation of modern user interfaces with a strong focus on UX
Collaboration with consultants, project managers, and other developers
Error analysis, debugging, and performance optimization
Contributing to the further development of internal development standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Business Central, Django REST Framework/Python, Flutter
Several years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV
Very good knowledge of AL, ideally also C/AL
Experience in ERP processes and system integration
Several years of development experience with Django and Django REST Framework
Very good knowledge of Python and experience with relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL)
Knowledge of authentication and authorization concepts (OAuth2, JWT)
Several years of experience in app and/or web development with Flutter (Dart)
Confident handling of state-management solutions
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
Team player, self-responsible, and strong communication skills
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies
Degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent qualification in the IT field
Nice-to-have: Knowledge of Azure or the Microsoft Power Platform, experience with Power BI, RDLC or BC add-ons (e.g. FORNAV, Continia, SIEVERS DATEV), Microsoft certifications
