About the role

  • Lead the evolution of our digital workplace as a Senior SharePoint Developer.
  • Move beyond basic configuration to architect and build custom solutions on SharePoint Online and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Develop custom web parts using SPFx, automate complex business processes with the Power Platform, and integrate external systems via Azure.
  • Serve as the technical authority on SharePoint architecture, guiding migration strategies and enforcing governance.
  • Mentor junior developers and manage migration projects from On-Premises to SharePoint Online.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience migrating legacy Farm Solutions or InfoPath forms to modern cloud-native solutions.
  • Microsoft Certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate or Power Platform Developer Associate) are highly valued.
  • Experience with SharePoint Search configuration (Display Templates, Result Sources) is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in SharePoint development (at least 4+ years with SharePoint Online).
  • Advanced proficiency in building Client-Side Web Parts and Extensions using the SharePoint Framework.
  • Strong experience with PnP JS and PnP PowerShell for automation and site provisioning.
  • Demonstrated ability to build complex canvas/model-driven apps and advanced Power Automate flows (using HTTP actions, JSON parsing).
  • Expert in HTML5/SCSS.
  • Familiarity with Fluent UI (Office UI Fabric) controls.
  • Proficiency in C# / .NET Core for Azure Function development and CSOM (Client Side Object Model) scripting.
  • Deep understanding of RESTful services, OData, and specifically the Microsoft Graph API.
  • Experience setting up pipelines to build and deploy SPFx packages to the App Catalog.
