About the role
- Monitor social media platforms for scam ads and fraudulent campaigns
- Review and classify suspicious ads based on internal guidelines
- Document findings and contribute to improving detection workflows
- Detect misuse of names and images of well-known people to keep platforms safe
- Collaborate with the team to improve detection processes and workflows as the product evolves
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot irregularities
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Solid written English skills ; German is a plus but not required
- Reliable, structured way of working
- Previous experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or online research is required
