About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and native networks (e.g., Taboola, Outbrain).
  • Develop and manage media buying strategies tailored to nutra verticals (e.g., weight loss, anti-aging, male enhancement, etc.).
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Collaborate with creative and funnel teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements to maximize performance.
  • Stay updated on advertising policies and ensure full compliance with platform guidelines and industry regulations.
  • Negotiate with traffic sources and networks to secure competitive rates and placements.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience as a Media Buyer in the Nutra or direct response industry.
  • Strong understanding of paid traffic sources and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency with tracking tools (e.g., Voluum, Keitaro) and analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with funnel structures, conversion rate optimization, and split testing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
