About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You have an overview of all your client projects and take responsibility for cost per lead (CPL) and lead quality
You independently conduct client calls and onboardings and handle ongoing communication
You act as the interface between the client project, video editing, creative production, tracking, copywriting, etc. — you commission the other involved teams and ensure everything runs smoothly
When something "is on fire" you step in yourself and take on tasks outside your core area

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years of experience in lead generation via performance marketing with direct budget responsibility and client contact
At least basic knowledge in the following areas: graphic creation, video editing, web design, tracking, copywriting, and working with AI
