Salesforce QA Analyst – Environmental Health

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Test and validate Salesforce configurations, flows, and custom objects across environmental health applications
- Execute test plans covering Salesforce-specific scenarios
- Identify, document, and track defects in Jira
- Verify integrations between Salesforce and external systems
- Test environmental health workflows within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Validate data integrity across Salesforce objects
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers to troubleshoot issues
- Participate in requirements reviews and regression testing
- Contribute to improving QA processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years working for a governmental public health agency (local, state, federal, or tribal)
- Experience with environmental health programs (inspections, permitting, complaints, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to clearly document issues and communicate findings
- Self-motivated with strong initiative
- Comfort working with AI tools and technology platforms
