About the role
- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow
- Collaborate with senior developers and architects on solution design
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
- Write clean, well-documented, testable code that follows team standards
- Help translate public health requirements into technical implementations
Requirements
- 1-2 years of hands-on Salesforce development or administration experience (required)
- 1+ years working for a governmental public health agency (local, state, federal, or tribal)
- Salesforce Administrator certification required (Platform Developer I preferred, or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- Basic understanding of Apex, SOQL, or similar programming languages
- Familiarity with Salesforce declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder, validation rules)
- Understanding of relational databases and data modeling concepts
- Exposure to version control (Git) or willingness to learn
