About the role
- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow
- Collaborate with architects on solution design and implementation approaches
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
- Write clean, well-documented, testable code that follows our team standards
- Partner with QA to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Contribute to code reviews with constructive, supportive feedback
- Help translate public health requirements into technical solutions
- Support the development of our PH360 platform
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- 1-3 years of work experience in governmental public health (local, state, federal, tribal, or non-profit)
- Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required
- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components
- Experience with Salesforce Flow and declarative automation tools
- Understanding of Salesforce data modeling and security model
- Familiarity with integration patterns and REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD practices
- Knowledge of testing frameworks and test-driven development
