Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of prior loan origination experience required
Documented residential mortgage loan volume of at least $15 million in the past 12 months.
Solid time management skills
Ability to prioritize activities and establish and maintain working relationships with team members
Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems, applications, and workflows
Good under pressure to successfully navigate stressful work assignments
Must meet and follow all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act, including successful completion of required background checks and obtaining a Unique Identifier from the NMLS.
